It is my sad duty to report the death of our Founder, Member No.1, Don Mason, on Friday 27th February. Don had suffered from indifferent health for several years, including amputation of a leg, but his death was unexpected.
I have conveyed the sincere condolences of the Association, alongside my personal commiseration to Don's widow, Pam and received her thanks.
Details of funeral arrangements will be posted here and on several Facebook groups when they are available.
In the meantime, if you have memories and/or anecdotes regarding Don I would be pleased if you would share them for possible inclusion in an obituary to be published in Narrow Lines (assuming they are fit to print!)
