The Exeter Gauge O Group (Exegog for short) is an Area Group of The 7mm NGA and The Gauge O Guild. We cater for the 7mm 'family' of scales, and their various associated gauges. Our large oval test-track currently features 32mm, 16.5mm, and 14mm gauges, with the space to add more. At our regular meetings, some folks are running trains and admiring models, while other members bring in their 'portable workshops' and spend the evening actually building models. So there’s plenty going on, and lots of advice available for anyone with a problem kit or badly behaved loco. In addition, there are the occasional talks and visits, and the usual club activities of nattering, drinking tea, etc. We pride ourselves in being an inclusive and welcoming group, and our members have a wide range of interests and skill levels. Several members model both standard and narrow gauge.

The Lancashire Group is alive and well, and meets on a Saturday about once every six weeks - although the actual date varies.
The group meets near Euxton (Chorley, Lancs). People come from a wide catchment area: from Wirral to Barrow and Morecambe to Halifax!
Meetings run from 1000 to 1500. There is plenty of street parking, tea and coffee is available - and lunch (provided you book and pay for it)! However, space is limited, so you MUST book in advance by emailing Lancs@7mmnga.org.uk.
The Group meets every month – normally on the third Saturday - from 1000 until 1300, at the Festival Hall, Market Rasen, LN8 3HT. All those with an interest in narrow gauge modelling, including On30, and prototype railways are most welcome. The Manchester Area Group is an informal group of Association members that meets concurrently with the Astley Christian Fellowship "Craftshare" group on church premises at 530 Manchester Road, Astley, Manchester M29 7BP. on alternate Wednesdays. We are a group of modellers with a broad interest in narrow gauge railways. We primarily model in O-16.5, but with a bit of dabbling in On30, O-9, and O std,as well as 12in to the foot on Heritage lines.
Our membership is drawn from Sussex and Hampshire, (principally BN, PO, and SO Postcodes). We welcome into our fold any new members to join in our activities whether they are new to railway modelling or are seasoned hands.
We have regular evening meetings rotating around member's homes, with lots of chat, planning of events, and (of course) enjoying the obligatory refreshments! We are fortunate that we now have a permanent base for practical sessions at a member’s “railway room” in Littlehampton. Our focus is currently on developing a number of new modules for our Slindon Vale (light) Railway layout.
The group has a full exhibition programme. We will be exhibiting our members' and group-owned layouts at exhibitions in the south over the next 12 months. New members would be welcome to join us at these events.

The mainstay of Surrey Area Group activity are Saturday Members Modelling Day events, currently held four times per year at Merstham Village Hall where there is on-site parking. Just a short distance north of Redhill, accessible from the A23, the M25, and yards from Merstham station, it's a very convenient location, not least as it's next door to The Feathers for afters.
Dates are posted on the Association Facebook Group, and meetings start around 9am with bacon butties, finishing by 5pm having left the hall neat and tidy. Refreshments are available all day.
Whilst these are our area group meetings, any paid-up member of the wider Association is equally welcome. All we ask is:
The group is a Registered Area Group (as opposed to Affiliated) as our twenty-plus members are all also Association members. We represent a wide variety of interests including 0-16.5, 0-14, 0n30, dual-gauge and the full-size narrow gauge in all its forms. Our monthly newsletter 'Surrey Times' shares news of members' work, events in our calendar and photos from members' collections which inspire our model-making.
The Surrey Group extends beyond its titular boundary, also attracting members from South London, both Sussexes and Kent - anywhere whence our meetings are readily accessible. Trent Valley Group
The Trent Valley Group meets fortnightly via Zoom where we combine good humoured conversation with some model making whilst enjoying our preferred beverage or two. Centred around Derby, the group also has members in York and Wales. Group members model in various scales/gauge including O14, O-16.5, On3 and 7mm scale standard gauge. The Group are in the early stages of building a new part of the Henmore Dale Light Railway, an O-16.5 layout, ‘Hopton for Carsington’. The West Midlands Area Group meets one Sunday a month at the premises of the Cradley Heath Model Railway Club. We have a modular O-16.5 system, The Shropshire Minerals Light Railway, which comprises both individual and group modules. This means everyone in the group can get involved even if they don’t have the space or inclination to build their own module at home. The majority of group members model in and around 7mm/ft in a variety of gauges. However this isn’t the limit of the group’s interests as 009, Gn15 and 1/12th scale are actively pursued by some members too.

We are a group of railway modellers with a common interest in narrow gauge railways. First founded in December 2003, as the Northampton & District Narrow Gauge Modellers, the group took its new name in 2020, reflecting the move of our regular meetings to the Rugby area. We welcome members from Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire and the surrounding areas.
We meet monthly throughout the year, mostly at our Rugby base, with occasional visits to working narrow gauge railways and other events. At our meetings members can work on the group layouts, bring a project of their own, or simply chew the fat with like-minded people. Members work in a range of scale/gauge combinations from 009 to SM32 & G45.
We have a group 009 layout in build and have a developing modular layout in 0-16.5. The group holds Open Days which are public events with an opportunity for members to share their layouts with a wider audience.

We meet on the fourth Monday of the month except in December, when there is no meeting. Meetings start 19.30 hours at Twyning village hall near Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 6DF, close to the Junction of the M5 and M50 Motorways.
An easy night of Model Railways, (it doesn’t have to be Narrow Gauge – but it helps!) from Garden Railways at 16mm & above to 009 for the smaller scales, all are catered for in our group. We have circular test tracks for 9mm gauge, 14mm, 16.5mm and 21mm gauges. You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own models and displays to test, play with or just generally show as part of the evening’s entertainment.
We usually have a selection of stock for sale courtesy of the Hereford Model Centre.

Our group was formed in 2014 for all those in our area interested in modelling narrow gauge in any scale or gauge. We have informal monthly meetings close to the Norfolk/Suffolk border at Barsham Village Hall, NR34 8HA located approximately two miles west of Beccles on the B1062 where we display or work on projects. Light refreshments are provided. We have also held six annual exhibitions in Beccles and several 'running days' (small open days), at Barsham and other local railway attractions. The OXNGM group meets monthly at Sibford Village Hall (8 miles west of Banbury). The group predominantly model in 009,.but NG modellers of all scales and gauges are welcome.
